TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL COMMISSIONS RULES

1. I don't draw people.
2. I don't draw fetishes, blood, violence and NSFW. I am a 100% SFW artist.
3. I can cancel your commission if the character is too difficult for me.
4. I usually send a sketch of your commission for approval and you can ask me to make edits at this stage.
5. I can't refund, please don't buy commissions from me unless you're sure about it.
6. I'm not a very fast artist and the turnaround time can be from a few days to two months!
7. Each additional character + 100% to the commission slot price.
8. The cost of the background is discussed separately. A complex background costs about 20-30 usd.
9. I usually post commissions in my gallery, but you can ask me not to!

RULES FOR THE COMMISSION ART USE

1. Please credit me as the author if you post commission art anywhere.
2. You can use art from me in any way you like as long as you commission it from me, just not for commercial purposes!
3. Please don't re-upload my work unless it's a commission or a gift for you.
4. You can print my art only for non-commercial purposes!

DESIGNS RULES

By buying my designs, you agree to the following terms:
1. Don't take credit for yourself!
2. Don't sell the design for more without additional art!
3. You need to have a ToyHouse account.
4. Don't use my designs for commercial purposes
